What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and support customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Coordinate with technicians and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Order parts and make sure all warranty claims are answered
- Maintain organized office systems, new systems implementations and contribute to process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A positive, team-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Experience in office management, dispatch, or car is a plus.
- Comfort with technology (Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, or CRM systems).
- Experience with Service Titan
